I Need My Stories Too, Dammit!

For those who watch The Colbert Report on Comedy Central, you likely caught Colbert's week long defense of his excitement over Rick Springfield returning to General Hospital, by saying "I need my stories." I'll finally write that defense of soap operas and explain why none of you- yeah, I mean YOU- cannot make fun of my love for daytime programming. After all, it's not like I watch NBC soaps: those are horrible.
